Delicious food and large portions. The staff was friendly and eager to know where are we from, what is the culture of Indian food in our country, and also suggested us what we should try in order to have a genuine experience. We really appreciated everything and we liked everything we ate.
After three visits in this place: The place is easily accessible by walk from the old town or by car. The service is customer oriented, offering to reduce the amount of dishes which are very big indeed and to try new dishes each time. The food is amazing- cooked with love and spiced with exceptional spices, And the value for money wants to make you cry , in a good way. Overall- The best Indian dining experience we ever had !
This restaurant was an amazing experience! The food was delicious, the service was great! The owner is a very friendly man who called a taxi, walked us to the front door and even waved us goodbye as we left. An amazing experience!
We were really excited to have a curry here after a month away and it didn't disappoint. The staff were friendly and informative and the food was out of this world. Best onion bhaji I've ever had so crisp and golden and well spiced although not soicy Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie Mains but no veggie sides Kid-friendliness: Happy to supply a highchair although there was only one...I have twins...not that that is their fault Wheelchair accessibility: Very inaccessible. We had to lift the buggy up and down which suggests à similar experience for wheelchair users. Althougj the owner kindly helped us
Good ingredients and large portions which could feed 2 people. Decor a bit bright and plane but the food was good. At this time no deserts nor tea served. Seperate male and femaie toilets.
Absolute comfort food! Had a veggie buriani and a chickpea curry and they were both wonderful. The mama bread was great too.
Outstanding food . You really see that the owner loves his work. Ask him for suggestions and trust them, he really cares for the customers feedback. The ambience around and inside the restaurant could be better though. Parking: In front of the restaurant
The food experience is great. Also eaten in London and other places in Indian restaurants, so we know the standards and must say that this is a quality restaurant in regards of food. Location is not that great, being on high traffic road, but what you taste is really great. With starters, main courses, a lot of house wine we payd around 400E for 4 persons. Decent price for what you get, also a great escape from the traditional Greek food.
We went to this place as it was highly recommended by English friends. The staff was nice but not paying lots of attention. My mango lassie was amazing though. Noone asked if we wanted to have a second drink. For one dish the waitress wasn't entirely sure what it was. The dishes were timely far apart from each other. I couldn't call the dishes spicy as I was expecting this. The interior design was reminding me of a take away restaurant. We took the left overs home and spiced them up the other day. In general not bad food, but not for this price and service. Parking: In winter you can easily park at the other closed shops around. I expect it way more difficult to find parking in summer.
Mango dip needs an improvement otherwise very tasty food.Food: 5/5
