Unplanned takeaway this evening. Not my usual Indian takeaway but very glad to have given Akash a try. I had the £14.95 special and it was amazing. Awesome flavour, chicken was moist and super tender. Great portion size. Will definitely give them my custom and try some of the other curries 5*Food: 5/5

The food is excellent had it not been stone cold by the time I ate it. I ordered for delivery at 18:30 as I was in the middle of plastering one of our rooms. The food arrived at 17:40, almost a whole hour early. By the time I finished the plastering the food was cold.
terrible service. They delivered to the wrong address and when I called they were very rude and wouldn't admit their mistake. Finally they did and then immediately cancelled my order on Just eat so I couldn't leave a review

2nd bad meals from Akash. Was always our weekly favourite. Akash chicken special so salty was inedible, chicken tough, rubbery. Lamb vindaloo had no heat!! Had our usual lamb madras & garlic chilli chicken last week, both were not the usual standard, looked, tasted different, plus the pilau rice is not usual colour. Both times delivered late. Rang Akash, offered replacement next time, just wanted to ask what's happened not after refund etc. We suspect a change of chef, one who has lowered the standard of the food. Sadly next week we will be hunting for a new Indian.
We've been getting Curries regularly from Akash for around a year and we always find the quality really good. Yesterday we had a Sag chicken tikka which was also really good. Staff are really friendly as well Jamie
Ordered online, and food arrived in good time. Wish it hadn't. I've never eaten such a salty and poorly cooked meal. It made my wife sick, and we threw most of it into the dustbin. Over £40/- worth of complete and utter junk. If this is being passed off as Indian food, then I should report this bunch to the food standards agency! For a Tandoori Mixed grill, it didn't even come with the customary naan bread. Probably for the better. I for one, won't be ordering from this place ever again.
Use this place every week... Very friendly... Food excellent... Never had a bad meal.. Tried most in worthing but stayed here Highly recommended..
