I have recently started to attend Tamara's yoga classes and being new to yoga find Tamara very helpful and welcoming to beginners as well as offering more advanced poses for when you start to gain some confidence. The classes are really helping me improve my flexibility and improving some restrictions that I have. I highly recommend these classes for beginners and the more advanced as there is something for everyone.

Tamara's class was my first experience of yoga and I wound't hesitate to recommend it. The drop in classes are suitable for all ages and abilities as you build your skills through each practice. Added to this there is good parking at the venue, lots of friendly people and Tamara is an excellent and patient teacher whatever your experience level.

I have been attending Tamara's yoga classes for several months now and the benefits I have gained in both body and mind are amazing. The atmosphere is friendly and calm and Tamara is a patient teacher who knows when to push you to achieve the best you can.

I would highly recommend Tamara Yoga as it was my very first experience of yoga. Tamara is an amazing teacher and offers a very inviting and friendly yoga class.The price is also very very reasonable for the yoga session you get.

Tamara is a really supportive, welcoming teacher and her classes are varied and interesting providing a great range of flowing postures - my flexibility and strength have certainly improved since starting - and after a hectic day I look forward to my yoga practice and sleep really well afterwards!
