Highly experienced & motivating trainers who focus on helping you achieve your individual goals! Welcoming environment & friendly atmosphere! Everyone was so helpful, supportive & encouraging when I first joined! Couldn't have asked for more especially after being out of training for a while. Definitely highly recommend!!

Have been going to Intensifit for a year and have done classes and PTing. The lads are brilliant, work with you on your goals whether weight loss or toning/muscle gain etc. I have lost weight but also got much stronger and fitter.  It is so much better than a commercial gym as you get guidance in how to actually do exercises whether press ups or deadlifts meaning you can go heavier without injuring yourself! I wouldn't go back to a commercial gym now, you just can't push yourself in the way they do here. I leave the gym knackered every time, but that's why you go!!

Would definitely recommend!!

Excellent facility, with excellent trainers and a great community spirit! The team work tirelessly to make sure their clients are getting the "win-win" and no question or problem is too small!
