Had great fun on the beginners course and am now enjoying the intermediate. It's a fab way to make new friends, learn a new skill and have a good giggle! The instructors are all super friendly and make you feel welcome, despite your size or fitness level. This is the first time I have ever stuck to a sport and want to go back every week! I've even started exercising at home just to get better! Those people who know me know that that has never been a part of my personality before!

I started pole beginners a few weeks ago and am having so much fun! the instructors are lovely and the classes are so full of energy and laughs! A great way to work out, tone up and feel good about yourself without sweating on a treadmill!!

I started on the beginners course and it's so much fun, I'm always itching to get back there! Great atmosphere with lovely teachers. Would definitely suggest coming here for pole fitness!

Such a fun class! It's worth £5 just for the amount of laughing we do! We also learn some great moves that make me feel safer! 
Every woman should take this class and Paul is such a good instructor. He's very patient and explains things really well.
