So 4 weeks ago I jumped on this bootcamp for the one week free training with my mate from work that is all!! Training outside in the freezing weather, rain,snow and hale. Throwing myself about on a carpark with just a flimsy mat , gloves and bottle of water. I wanted a kick start to get me back into training never thought for one minute would I continue and absolutely love it too ! Dom and Dunc are both AMAZING trainers, they do work you hard , pushing you beyond your limits and more. But its encouraging, motivating and supportive. I felt welcomed and comfortable for the start even though I felt very unfit and overweight. I was self conscious I couldn't keep up but that was just my lack of confidence. It's a group of mixed ages and fitness levels. I am absolutely over the moon with my bootcamp results for my first month 11 pounds I have lost. I am gutted I didn't measure because I couldn't find my tape. I feel fitter ,my stamina has improved massively, Dom has got me doing full press ups in a month wow I have trained for years on and off and never achieve this!! I am happier and gained confidence in myself. THANK YOU to Dom and Dunc and the rest of the bootcamp family xxx
I’ve been at All-star since summer last year and I love it. I’m feeling fitter and healthier and well on the way to losing the weight I’ve put on over the last few years. The online sessions are brilliant as I’ve not had to worry about childcare having 2 young children. I can just log on and do the sessions in the house/garden. The sessions are really tough but Dom, Dunc and Lynn are excellent giving you the motivation to get through it. If you think it wouldn’t be as good online because there is no one physically stood there watching - it is! There’s still nowhere to hide from the coaches online and they are constantly pushing you to get the most out of your sessions just the same as outdoors. I’ve done ‘boot camps’ before and this is by far the best one.
Joining All Star Academy was one of the best decisions that i have ever made. Before i started i was not happy with the way i looked and felt. Being a professional dancer i was used to being in top shape and then i retired and started putting the weight on. I was comfortable then one day i started to “jiggle” walking up and down stairs and i really didn’t like it. Since joining All Star I have lost over 2 stone and over 20 inches. I now look and feel great. Dom really knows how to motivate you as an individual and get the best from you. He will keep pushing your limits because he cares and wants you to get to your goal. Everyone on the camp is so supportive of each other and we all get through it together so we can All achieve our goals.
Best decision I’ve ever made joining All star in January this year. I started as a size 14 I was very unhappy with how much weight id put on but now nearly 12 months later I’m a completely different person! A very happy size 10/12, everyone on the camp is nice I’ve made some lovely friends. Dom, Lynne,Jo and Duncan are amazing they go above and beyond for clients always at the end of the phone if you need any advice, always on the Facebook group giving us tips, food advice and a regular kick up the bum if that’s what we need. I would not hesitate to recommend All star it’s changed my life xxx
Absolutely love all star academy! Been a member for 2years and I’m so happy I Joined! The sessions are always different, push you to your limits but enjoyable at the same time! The results are amazing! I was a size 14 when joined now I am an 8-10 and feel so much better In myself! Would recommend to everyone! Dom, lynn, dunc and Jo are always there for us all and put on so many sessions for us to get too! Also everyone on the camp helps, motivates you and is friendly :- Would recommend to everyone!!
I’ve been going to all-star academy for almost 2 years and I must admit it’s definitely the most challenging workout I’ve ever done. In the first couple of weeks, my fitness levels were seriously put to the test but your body soon adapts and my stamina improved massively. Dom pushed me and offered encouragement and support throughout sessions and eventually he encouraged me to become a personal trainer myself. Joining all-star academy is definitely the best thing I’ve ever done and the members are all great, supportive and welcoming. We take part in events out of bootcamp as a team such as “total warrior”, “tough mudder” and plenty of running events where all members are encouraged to enter regardless of fitness and experience. I would highly recommend all-star academy to anyone who is bored of the gym or just wanting to get into shape, tone and improve your fitness generally. Plus the first week is free with no obligation to join. What more could you ask for...
I have been a member for approximately 3 years and it’s the best decision I have made. I feel much fitter and healthier than I have done for years. Dom and his team of trainers are fantastic and supportive. If you follow the program probably then you will see results. I have tried all sorts of diets over the years and this is the best ever. No calorie counting, points , sins , just eating proper food. Looking forward to seeing my summer body in 2020
Before I joined All-Star Bootcamp I thought I was quite physically fit as I went to the gym 4/5 times a week for years....That was not the case...Since joining in May 2019 I've gone down a Jean's size and improved on my running times, I've even got 2 sub 50mins on 10k I'm feeling the fittest I've ever been All 4 coaches are fantastic motivators and push you to do your best. Circuits are brutal but make you feel amazing afterwards I would highly recommend All-Star!!
I have never been & probably never will be a fitness fanatic...I've tried gyms & PTs which maybe great for others but just didn't suit me. I needed something that fit around my lifestyle & All-Star does just that. The amount of sesisons that are provided through the week is brilliant & the coaches are fantastic. The sessions are hard after 2 years they aren't getting much easier either!! but the feeling you get at the end of each one really is amazing. Dom is driven by results which makes him passionate & enthusiastic to see you succeed. It's this combination + the banter that has kept me returning month after month & I wouldn't think of going elsewhere now.
All-star acadamy has changed my life. Mentally and physically especially during lockdown. Logging on at 10am when I was on furlough kept me going and structure and now we back at work I log on at 6pm and see other people doing the same is a great motivator. Doms brilliant and motivates you to do your best all the time the same with Lynn and Duncan. The sessions are hard I'm not going to lie but you get better and stronger each week.
