Top notch place! I was staying the night before a football match. Rooms were super nice (heated towel racks, wow), and the owner Marco really went out of his way to make me feel welcome and introduce me to folks at the bar. Do be mindful when going out in the morning if you're staying overnight-- certain steps you have to follow and I accidentally set off the alarm.

Very popular pub with great choice of ales and beers and live music every weekend

Great pub serving some lovely real ales. Even though it gets very busy at times the staff are super efficient and you dont have to wait very long at all to get server. Local bands appear regularly and the pub supports the music scene well. Large tv's for live sport.

Brilliant pub!! Beer's a decent price and a good pint. They also have regular live music on. definitely worth a visit..
