Excellent service from arrival to checkout. Fantastic and helpful staff members. Room was immaculate and comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety and was hot and tasty. Restaurant was clean with a nice atmosphere evening food was nice and hot and great portion size. Will definitely recommend to anyone
Such a lovely stay with the friendliest staff!nnWe stayed over night after travelling down for a wedding in Burnley. Check it was quick and easy and we were greeted by the most welcoming friendly chap! Didn’t catch his namennOur room was super clean and had everything we needed for a nights stay.nnBreakfast was really lovely and has something for everyone. The staff working at breakfast were also super friendly and accommodating. I believe we his name was Michael! Thank you so much!nnThank you so much for such a lovely stay!nnKate & Jamie
Stayed at this hotel for one night last Saturday.nNice new looking hotel with very friendly check in sorry can't remember the man's name but I think he said he was new and was very goodnnRoom was a good size and everything seemed very clean. Comfy bed and pillows and big TV.nBathroom was also very clean with nice soap and shower gel and a powerful shower.nnBreakfast was included and was nice. All the normal hot breakfast items you'd expect and hash browns! as well as pastries and muffins.nWas very busy when we got to breakfast and had to wait for a free table. And the tiny entrance to the room where the food is was very small so often congested with people.nnOverall a nice stay in a clean hotel with free parking and breakfast and would stay here again.
We stay here about 3 times a year to visit family.nWe like the hotel which is so easy to find and a large car park.nLove the inclusive breakfast and on our last visit Katie cooked a special batch of bacon just to please our grand children as they like the bacon slightly under cooked.
Really lovely place to stop! Great, friendly staff all round! Friendly welcome. Lovely clean room with a brilliant TV that you can cast to!! Tea and coffee in room. Bed was so comfortable struggled to get out and the breakfast was lovely and fresh and plenty of it!!! Recommend :
