My insurance sent me here to get a rental vehicle and despite the lack of cars available, Chris was able to get me a very nice ride as my vehicle was expected to take 2-4 months in the repair shop. These guys kept up with the whole process and gave me updates along with my insurance company. Big shout out to Chris and Nav as they both made the picking up and dropping off process super easy for me. Quick and efficient while still maintaining the customer experience that everyone expects! There was also a 3rd gentleman that works there, definitely wish I got his name as they all really helped out and have great communication and team skills.

Poor service, but only at the very end: Upon dropping off the rental, I was asked if I enjoyed it. I said no, I didn’t like the vehicle and didn’t find it comfortable compared to my own — the truth and not personal, as I am fully aware the staff members do not construct vehicles or choose vehicles for customers. This is not my first rental while work was being done on my car. The employee took it offensively and started grilling me about my vehicle to compare: something I didn’t appreciate. When I asked if Enterprise needed a copy of the receipt for refilling the gas he said “No, unless you didnt put the right kind in…you know how to check that right? To put the right kind of gas in the car?” And the tone of voice was extremely mocking, condescending…I wonder if the comment would have been made if I were male? Being that he were twice my size and already being aggressive and I was alone in the parking lot, I ended the conversation and left but it made me feel not only unsafe but also demeaned. I expect that from much older men, not someone my age. He did not give his name to me but he was white with somewhat thinning hair. He was not the new trainee in the button up who did the walk through with me when I first picked up the car a few days ago trainee was very polite, upbeat, normal, informed, etc. I’m offended and a bit taken aback by the blatant disrespect. I’ll continue to get my car serviced next door as needed but I will not be using this Enterprise location again as this kind of casual rudeness and misogyny is not acceptable.

very very poor service. Cam Clark Ford sent me to this location. First of all, the day I came to pick it up, they make me wait for an hour because the car was not ready/clean. I got late from work waiting an hour for the car. Still, the car was not fully clean. after I dropped off the car, they found a very little dent from before. I paid 300$ to fix that which was not made by me. Please don't go there, they will rip you off. I will never ever look forward to seeing them.

This location doesn’t have after hours drop off, so they make you keep the car until the next business day. Tried to drop it off at 12:45pm on a Saturday and they were closed. When we phoned, he said we have to keep it until Monday, meaning we have to pay for 2 extra days. We said we were dropping it at another location and he said they charge a fee for this. Not good customer service and will not return. Will give our business to a company that doesn’t gouge you.

Terrible experience. I booked a rental for transportation to a medical appointment out of town. I tried calling enterprise all day today to confirm we were good to go as in the past I've usually received a call the day prior. Now, 14 hours before I'm supposed to pick up the car to get to a specialist appointment I've waited nearly a year for, they call and cancel. Not to mention the gentleman I spoke to says "if we get any cars back tomorrow, we've got a waitlist of people ahead of you." Oh okay so you couldn't have let me know any sooner than 14 hours before, and when everywhere else is closed?! Horrible horrible customer service. We've always rented from enterprise but never again. Hertz was able to accomodate me and they are much friendlier. Enterprise will never see another dollar from me, even if I have to pay 5x more to rent elsewhere.

They should rename themselves as Failing Enterprise at this location. Don’t book here if you’d actually like to have a vehicle for your trip, you’ll get last minutes fake excuses and have to cancel all of your plans at your own cost. Nothing like telling a disabled person that they should just walk.

I will say that the car I rented below expectations....but kudos to Ryan taking care of the situation and making it Right.  Much appreciates and nice to see great customer service!

Had a great Experience until a knob broke with barely any force being applied to it and know they want nearly 4 Times the amount of what the part costs to replace it, Completely ridiculous I will Never use Enterprise again if this is the way they treat clients over a knob charging someone $1200 + for a Knob.

I must say Customer service is on point. They were very professional and they provided me with exceptional services. They went above and beyond for my husband and I. They were very understanding with my situation. Great staff! Great service. I will be recommending all my family and friends. Thanks again Airdrie Enterprise Staff.

Nice, quick and friendly service Rented a car at the last min. Nav was great to deal with. Also they changed my drop off location with minimal charges over a phone call. Extremely satisfied
