Very small but seems well run. The "car park" is very small & is basically a holding area for the rental cars. A lot of people seemed to park on the street

The staff were very attentive and friendly, everything went without any ambiguity. everything was explained clearly (my options pre-driving) and it was clear within your remit everything was carfully thought out in advance - well done!

Phoned up to extend my car hire and the price I was quoted was double than I had paid for the three day I had already paid for told them I would call back later. When I did call later I spoke to the nicest girl on the phone her name was Jade I said to her that I wanted to extend my car hire she said that was not a problem she quoted me £100 less than the guy I had spoken to previous so I went ahead and kept the car out. On returning the car they tried to take £80 off the £200 deposit when I said what is that for they hit me with all this garbage about insurance she said it was explained to me when I first hired the car (It wasn't) and I had my daughter in law with me to prove it they finally relented and never took the money. If it wasn't for the girl Jade who is just a young lady and so professional I think I would have went mental in there place. The car I hired was brilliant no complaints there so if you do hire from them ask for this girl Jade she is really helpful
