Friendly prompt service, used app to streamline booking for best deal. My go to hire place locally. Always competitive on price, the only extra you may pay is to reduce your excess should vehicle get damaged. This can be pricy depending on length of hire.

The car hire itself  was straight forward,  BUT the car that I received needed a good clean.

This vehicles seating interior is well over due from a much needed valet/clean. 

  When I say overdue as not one seating area of my hired car was not stained with  goodness knows what fluid stain on it, so much so I put towels on all the seating area which are now binned.

The girls work hard and multi task dealing with two or three tasks at a time.

 I found all the staff to very polite and professional.  It's such a pity the cleaniness of the cars interior let what otherwise would have been 5 stars. 

I would certainly review whoever cleans/valets  the interior of your cars  as there standard of cleanliness is extremely poor in my personal opinion.

Picked up van that had come straight off hire from from builders. Couldn't scrutinize bodywork as van was filthy, it hadn't been washed making it impossible to see two tiny dings and scratch on rear door which had also been missed (or conveniently not recorded) by the girl booking the van back in also. Enterprise charging me £1200.00 for causing damage that did not occur during my short hire. Independent body shop expert confirmed that it was old damage. I'll need to sue to get my cash back. be warned, total shysters!

Really bad service. Booked the car two weeks in advance for 8 am collection. Got delayed and they phoned me at 10am to say they had given the car to someone else without even phoning to ask if I was still coming. Told they had no other cars available for that day anywhere !!! Eventually phoned back to say they had one which I collected with a empty tank.  When I returned it was asked to wait for a minute while the guy dealing with me made a phone call . Three phone calls later I walked out saying that if their was a problem they could call me. Was swiftly followed out to be informed that I had to be there while he checked the vehicle. Told I had to wait while he went back in to print out the invoice and receipt because they wouldn’t post it. Difficult to see how this sort of service rates anything above 1 star.

Despite calling the hamilton branch the day before the hire to confirm everything was ok when I went for the car they did not have a vehicle. They then gave me a car and said I would have to drive it to the rutherglen branch to get the vehicle size I ordered. Took 2 hours to get my vehicle. It was booked through my company. If it were private booking I would never use this company. Abysmal and only gave them one star as cant give zero stars. Go elsewhere. Not even an apology from them.
