Love it! I've been a member in Hampshire for about 4 months now and regularly attend 3 - 4 times a week. I've even got used to the early morning, something I never thought I would say. The instructor Amanda is fantastic, highly qualified and genuinely cares about your progress. I don't think I have been to two sessions the same. One day you might be doing weights/resistance training, another day she'll have the boxing gloves out. My last session was with battle ropes and skipping ropes. The sessions do however cater for all abilities. The people that attend are really lovely and very welcoming. You get a free trial class so it's worth dragging yourself out to see if it's for you. Highly recommended and great value when I add up how many sessions I go to.

Highly recommend Swift Fitness. I’ve been going for over a year and love the early morning classss that doesn’t eat into the time in my working day. Very friendly and helpful.

Every session is different so you don't get bored and all organised in advance! Amanda (the instructor) is supportive and the group is lovely too. It's not a scary bootcamp that you get shouted at. You get out what you put in.

Highest calibre Personal Trainers. Motivational, friendly and definitely results driven. Hard work, but all fitness levels catered for
