I would give a zero if I was able to. Have ordered a number of times from this company but most  recent order was left on the doorstep without the doorbell being rang. When I rang to discuss with the company the manager told staff he wasn't there and continued to talk in the background, they cut me off and did not answer my call. Such poor service...expected much better

Great variety good ice cream great waffles but portion for ice cream small not fab value for money parking is also a challenge when busy. Nice seating. Great staff but value for money took two stars away.

Popped into Temptations Dessert on Normanton Road after a very long time. I ordered the waffle. It was freshly made and went down like a treat, really enjoyed it. I would recommend this place if you have not already tried it.

Stood around waiting to be seated for ages. Waitress completely ignored me and seated people who came after me, even though I stood at the front of the queue.  When I politely told her I’d been waiting, she rolled her eyes, walked off and shook her head.  Awful way to treat a customer.  I won’t ever be coming here again and I’ll be spreading the word about the awful customer service.

Tried Temptations. New management. Wow the quality of the desserts was amazing.Got to be the Best dessert I've ever had. Pink tea was amazing. Staff were so friendly. 10 out of 10.

Had a mint choc gelato shake... on point. Temptations is way underated. I have had same from another well known joint opposite Wilko, they dont come close...
