Beautiful place, shame about the impolite staff in the cafe. Advice to management employ staff who have had customer service training or train them ! ...won't be visiting cafe again or recommending

Peaceful..full of swans..good for a day out..can go trekking nearby and cover castle the same day..

Excellent walks and scenery, recommended. Only slightly let down by the horrible toilets (especially as you have to pay to use them) and the staff of the food outlet not having much customer service skills :/
