Called in of the off chance. What an unexpected pleasure - warm, welcoming with extremely happy and attentive staff. Choice of food and drink excellent. Not a TV in sight! Special mention to Reece behind the bar - went above and beyond, as did the rest of the staff. Will definitely return.

Really nice local for us- drinks and food are average, nothing fancy- they cater for vegans and vegetarians. Only gripe is one guy who works in there who is repeatedly rude. When we’ve spoken to friends about the pub and mentioned this particular guy the response is always “the guy with *** who looks like *** yeah he is rude”......spits not just a personal vendetta against us!! Otherwise it’s a nice place x

Fun live events. Nice semi-private room you can reserve in advance for your large group. Very nice and kid-friendly back garden.

On the whole quite a nice pub, reasonable sized dining area and the food was pretty good. The beer selection wasn't extensive but there were a couple of good ones. It wasn't that good for a quiet conversation, the place was noisy, but we did go on a Saturday evening. Having parking outside was a bonus for our visit.
