Whilst I was driving to work today one of your drivers sped out of a side road and cut me off even though it was my right of way. I had to slam my brakes on and it nearly caused an accident. It was a road with plenty of visibility and all the cars were going slowly due to traffic, so absolutely no excuse. The car registration is FE69 ORC and the taxi number is 128.

Terrible company!! I booked a taxi for my 14 year old daughter to come home from a friends house. It was 11.30 at night. The driver decided to drop my daughter 2 streets away from our front door and said “You’ll be ok walking from here” because he apparently didn’t understand my daughter’s directions to our house and was too lazy to get it up on his sat nav. He dropped her on seaside road where you find some very questionable people. When I called the office to complain, I spoke to a horrendous woman who couldn’t care less that my daughter could have been in potential danger and said to me that if I’d told them her age that would never have happened. You can clearly see my daughter is a teenager and not an adult!! I will never use this company again and my advice to the miserable woman is to get another job that doesn’t involve talking to anybody!  They have a duty of care to get people from one destination to another safely and he literally just dumped her on a street, on a Saturday night and told her to walk!

Fantastic service that goes the extra mile with text confirmation to let you know driver on his way and which car to expect. Charged as quoted and felt incredibly safe coming home alone, driver even waited while I reached the door. Will be recommending to all, especially female family and friends who might be worried about going out and getting home safe in the evening.

Driver caused an accident this evening by not paying attention hitting a stationery car with children in. Another 726 driver pulls up and is laughing at the side of the road whilst crying children in the hit car. Call 726 and lady hangs up. Beware when entering a 726 car and booking. 0 customer service, 0 compassion for injured children. Disgrace

Normally always use this taxi link Normally never have problems but staff are always rude on phone lately book taxi's for certain times and never on time even knowing I call an hour before think I am going to give this taxi company a miss from now on !

Disgusting awful company with no respect or dignity when their driver hits our car with kids in the car too and they find it funny , hang up on us and don’t even utter the word sorry. I would be disgusted and ashamed of myself if I worked for this company. Avoid Mario he’s a liability

Rang for a taxi which was late, after ringing  back was told taxi was at the wrong address.. then when I asked why as I'd given the postcode I was given the response " well I don't know " and hung up on...

Booked a car 1 1/2 hr before needed, as we had booked a table at a restaurant, they let us down and eventually arrived 30 minutes later after we had booked another car from another company

Used this company 3 times during a weekend visit. On one trip a fellow passenger left her handbag in the car but realised almost immediately. A quick call to the office and the driver was contacted and returned the bag to the office for the owner to collect.  What could have been an enormous headache was resolved quickly, calmly and with professionalism. Fare from A to B was consistent and all drivers courteous and safe drivers.  Will use again when in the area.

Don’t recommend them at all they used to be very good as i only use taxis for fishing and recently every taxi I book, when they come to pick me up they refuse to take me wasted a lot of my time
