Don't use if you want to get somewhere on time. Admin organisation is appalling, booked a taxis the day before and it turned up 25 minutes late making us miss 2 trains and have to wait 40 minutes at the station with a toddler and baby and then have to pay extra for a taxis on the other side as no more buses. A shame as thr drivers are nice and helpfull but just don't get told about bookings
Booked a taxi in advance and yet he was still 15 minutes late which made us miss our train, which in turn made us miss our lunch booking in London. Frustrating that we told him when we got in the taxi what time our train was and he still proceeded to go at a snails pace with other cars overtaking us. I would never advocate speeding to catch a train but doing 20 mph on the duel carriageway is ridiculous. Never use this company.
As you can see, the absolute worst taxi company across the south East....... but hey ...... do they care....!!?????
SO EXPENSIVE USE 726726 INSTEAD AS 30% CHEAPER AND NICER DRIVERS. I took a taxi last night using Polegate taxis and they were over 30% more than 726726. I could not believe how expensive. DO NOT USE THEM.
Was 10mins late and then took me on a wild ride around Eastbourne before I arrived at my actual destination. Of course I ended up paying more for the privilege.
Can arrived very fast and driver was pleasant and efficient. Would use again.
Absolutely useless . Waited over an hour and all I got was every excuse under the sun.
No good with timing of pick ups
