I have been to many dentist in Tower Hamlets over the years, and this one is one of the best by far. All the reception staff are nice and friendly, Adrian Is my dentist and he is amazing very kind and gentle. My daughter also loves going for her check ups with Adrian.

Receptionist rude on phone

Visited for the first time today and the dental staff were just great. So friendly and funny too. Put me immediately at ease and explained everything for me, prices, treatments etc. I would really recommend this team. They also accept NHS. Very happy with the service! Look forward kinda to returning for my filling repair.

Called at 4.55pm to get an appointment for an approx £900 private treatment, was kept on hold until 5pm and the unfriendliest receptionist told me to call back in the morning.   Clearly, they dont need or want patients.  I shall take my money to a dentist who wants my money.  Sandra Z

I was kept waiting for so long on the phone trying to book an appointment I've decided to spend my money on a dentist with a decent call answering system!
