My experience at ultra smile was very very good. Although starting with a different clinician at the beginning of the process and moving to someone new mid way through, the process has been efficient and enjoyable at every step of the way. The team have been friendly and flexible to changing appointments throughout the process and have offered advice and guidance when asked. I am on my last set of aligners and eagerly await the final outcome of the Invisalign process. I was referred to the clinic by a friend who had a similar seamless process. Thanks again to the Ultrasmile team.

I’ve been visiting UltraSmile for my Invisalign treatment, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From the moment I walk in, I’m always greeted with such warmth by Faye at reception, who is exceptional at handling all my appointments and makes every visit feel welcoming and comfortable. Dr. Husain, who has been overseeing my Invisalign journey, is simply fantastic. She’s extremely professional, attentive to every detail, and always takes the time to explain each step of the process. Having had other dental experiences before, I can confidently say that UltraSmile is far better than any other dentist I’ve been to. Seeing them frequently has been a pleasure, and I’m truly grateful for the exceptional care and service they consistently provide. UltraSmile is a gem!

I had both required and cosmetic services almost 15 YEARS ago at this clinic!! Every dentist I have seen since then comments on their beautiful work my veneer and crown. After 15 years and no longer living in the UK, I am searching for a clinic that will be as good as Ultra Smile....it's proving tough to find....considering travelling back to the UK just to see them!

Just completed my invisalign treatment. I was assigned to Peter Das  The treatment took 15months due to the amount of correction required to straighten and close the gaps in my teeth. All done now and I am very happy with the results.  Peter was very informative and helpful right from the start till the end of the treatment. cannot recommend him enough

I received treatment at UltraSmile for internal bleaching for one of my front teeth and external whitening for all my teeth. I am so happy with the result! All my teeth look very naturally white and the same colour! Dr Thang Nghiem has been amazing at explaining everything and answering all my questions as well as ensuring I get the best possible result - which I did. The reception team were also great and helpful every time I needed their assistance. I would 100% recommend UltraSmile! Very happy with the result.

Absolut amazing experience from start to finish . I loved every single step of my treatment from the start to the finish. Just finished my treatment getting Invisalign in UltraSmile. A very professional and friendly experience with all Dentists I’ve seen. Agnes has been a breath of fresh air with her smile and calm manner whilst waiting to be seen, she always remembered my name and face on each visit making it a seamless experience. I am not in the habit of writing a review unless I receive excellent customer/patient service or to express disappointment. I feel that hygienist/dentist Joanna Landais deserves a 5* review as she was professional, friendly and most importantly took good care of me when I explained that I am normally a bit anxious when I sit on the dentist chair. Her nurse/assistant was also very attentive. I want to conclude by adding a comment about the receptionist Agnes who was extremely helpful too.  I have already booked a new appointment and I will certainly be writing about my next experience at Ultrasmile following that appointment. Thank you Antonello Coretta

I recently had my braces removed at UltraSmile after 2 years and couldn't be happier with the results! The outcome was even better than I had anticipated, and I can't stop smiling since finishing my treatment. Huge thanks to Dr. Ash Sabri for her exceptional care and expertise. She went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout the entire process. Thank you also to Rume and the receptionist staff; the entire team were professional, kind, and dedicated. I highly recommend Ultrasmile to anyone seeking orthodontic care.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the Invisalign treatment I received from Dr. Thang Nghiem at Ultrasmile. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating, and I regret both the time and money spent on this treatment.  When I initially came in for a consultation, my teeth were already in good condition—I only needed minor adjustments. However, rather than receiving proper advice, I feel I was quickly sold into the treatment without being fully informed. The treatment lasted around two months, during which I saw little to no improvement.  After completing the treatment and moving to retainers, my teeth have now reverted back to their original state, if not worse. When I returned to Dr. Thang, he seemed surprised by the results, but offered no real solution. I was merely told to wait six months and then potentially pay for further treatment, which I find unacceptable.  This entire process has been a complete waste of my time and money. Not only did I not achieve the desired results, but my teeth now look worse than before. I am deeply disappointed and feel that I was misled from the start. I expected a good result, but this has been a disheartening and regretful experience.  I hope this matter is taken seriously, as it has caused me unnecessary stress and frustration.
