Was disappointed with the chicken portion of the snackbox they were smaller compared to the ones I had in Dublin and waterford, it wasn't as tasty as well atleast the chips were good, waiting times are too long though they don't seem to prepare majority of the food even before opening we probably waited over 30mins for our order
I've visited twice and both times the dining area was dirty and my order was made wrong. The order was corrected but this is frustrating. Both visits staff moral seemed low.Food: 4/5
Avoid! Not great service, place is filty dirty, the unit itself is extremely dated with menus and sings are falling off the wall. The whole place needs a face lift. It's doesn't even feel like a supermacs, feels like a cheap knock off!
It's so funny when staff say bad things about customers in another language thinking none of them will understand. The Brazilian staff woman of this place, rude by the way, besides doing that, if you order something deep fried, she gives you raw. How difficult is it to leave the french fries 2 minutes longer? Just a tip dear brazilian girl, no one is to be blamed for your unhappiness, so don't talk bad things about customers to your colleague and also serve according to what the customer asked and not the other way. The food is not free. In response to the email you sent me, it was the same day that I posted here and the product has already been mentioned above as well.
Superb.....Great 100% Irish family restaurant. Beef and Chicken burger on point, Yummy pizza deals.
Went here with my boyfriend , he got a snack box and the chicken was gone off , the smell of it , it was obvious it was gone off , she kindly refunded our money but didnt apologise and didnt stop selling the chicken , it should have been take off and tested , this can cause food poisoning .
Staff are very friendly especially Beatrice sorry if I misspelled your name. She is very helpful and approachable. Other than I love their food, thats the other reason why I kept coming back because of your awesome staff. Shout out to Beatrice, I really appreciate you and youre doing a great job! Well done Supermacs! Im one happy and satisfied costumer!
The kind staff waited for me to return from a mini stroll which I took while they prepared my meal before bagging my chips to keep them hot- a little touch that's appreciated. Guiltily tasty fried chicken, bacon and cheese half pounder, simple but tasty desserts and gorgeous fries don't worry: I didn't order all this on one visit!. The best fast-food going!
Such a worse communication towards customers from papa john's blackrock. No respect towards customers. Never deliver food on time. Takes more than 2hours to deliver order to monkstown valley from blackrock papa john's. When called to ask the details in to the restaurant, he shouted at me and told that its not their problem and responsibility.
