Very nice burger, also very nice staff. I am a student & visited for student meal. As i don't drink much carbonated drinks they informed that instead of coldrink you can have a coffee also in same 5 euro student meal. They helped me to select my burger as per my taste & also added coffee in same amount.

The staff and management at McDonald’s and indeed the Security Staff at the Frascati Centre in Blackrock are excellent. However, they are routinely subjected to serious verbal abuse from young teens who can comfortably be described as “knackers” - the word “common” just isn’t strong enough to describe them. These teens turn up in large groups, usually late evening at weekends and on school holidays. They are abusive towards the staff and the security staff and have deliberately flooded the toilets at least twice, on both occasions costly repairs were needed. As the leaseholder on the unit, McDonald’s are opening themselves up to legal action - lawsuits from staff, management and the security staff for extreme stress in light of the abuse they are constantly being subjected to. McDonald’s need to look at getting additional security for late nights, weekends and school holidays. It is unacceptable that anyone should be subjected to verbal abuse by these teens and only a matter of time until someone is attacked. These teens don’t seem to have had any responsible parenting, of any kind. It’s not the job of staff, management and security staff in the Frascati Centre to deal with the consequences of that. These teens should not be admitted or served as customers. The local Blackrock police are aware of the issues. McDonald’s, wake up before you are sued.
I've been in a lot of McDonalds over the country, from ones in the Northside to Southside. Somehow this one is one of most effensive. Some how they where out of soft drinks... all of them, which is a pretty big nail in the coffin but the store was also not clean. Usually McDonalds are cleaned very well but not this branch it seems. This one has food all over the floor, almost every table had something under it, some tables had stuff on them. Seemed very understaffed, so comparing the service to other McDonalds I frequent, this one obviously isn't good, but passable at least. Despite a few people in line the food didn't take that long to be served, and wasn't all that bad, I have had worse. Food was warm but not too hot, and was cooked well. All in all rather disappointed by what Blackrock's McDonalds had to offer.
I bought a large milkshake vanilla flavour unbelievable taste, I take this shake when I have had a good weight training session to put back the calories I loose when I train, so as I can maintain my weight and aid recovery
Staff were really nice, but waited approx 10 minutes to be served and restaurant wasnt busy.
The food was slightly overcooked & I had to pay the price higher than it was showing in McDonald's Application. Although the service was pretty quick and the atmosphere was nice and clean.Food: 3/5
Easter sunday breakfast with the family. Staff are very efficient and the service is top notch Great teamwork. Specific thx 2 soheil Vegetarian options: Great
We came to McDonald's at 12 am, and the door was closed, although it says that it is open until 1 am. We are disappointed!
After spending half an hour in the restaurant no one cleaned the tables. We cleaned one for ourselfs so we could eat.
