Went into Caerphilly store 27th afternoon time, was looking for facial cream, young assistant on the floor was so amazing and informative, she put me at ease, extremely helpful, and the young lady at the counter was also very helpful, both we're also very polite, thank you ladies

I always receive such personalised customer service here, the pharmacy in particular has little if no waiting times and their free repeat prescription service works extremely well. They offer a range of other services as well such as stop smoking, free EHC and malaria prophylaxis. The pharmacy team always goes out of their way to make sure you have your medicine and any queries are sorted out promptly with dr surgeries.

I was shopping on 26/03/18 ,Monday, I bought simple foaming cleaner £2.39 ,I paid by £20 note A younger lady gave me change £12.61 it was not right ,Its right amount is £17.61 .I didnt count before I leave from shop so about 10 minust I went back to tell her .She told her boss and they told will call me they ask my name and recive and my phone number .Until today I have no contract from them @👉Superdrug Caerphilly ( I had a recive)
