Ordered vinyl flooring online. Whenever I try to phone the Caerphilly Carpet Right they never answer the phone. So frustrating as I cannot arrange with them for Delivery and Fitting .
Short staff. Wanted 4.6m of carpet . There was less than 600 mm left on the roll . Why they couldn't have gave us that I don't know as they only have to pay to have it removed.?. I'm going to try Castle Carpets next time as I hear they are competitive.

Consultant went to my house to measure up 2 bedrooms, left no measurements, no quotes, no samples, just a business card my daughter dealt with the visit in my absence. Rang Caerphilly store only to be give measurements for the two rooms combined, which is no good to me as I wanted to buy two diff carpets. Rang back following day to see if I could get any sense, and no one answering. Will be going back to Carpet Castle, why I ever considered going anywhere else is a mystery!

Went into Caerphilly Branch yesterday to purchase a Hall, Stair and Landing Carpet and although we gave all of the required measurements could not work out or calculate how miuch carpet we would need. New Colleagues apparantly who insisted we needed a home visit to measure up to obviously sell more products. Dont waste your time at this store - real Rookie service and go elsewhere. They obviously dont knoe as much about flooring as they claim to do.............

Initially spoke to Roger who was very helpful, this was through an insurance claim and the standard of help was impressive. I then dealt with a man called Mark who was equally as helpful. All measurements were taken and a quote sent over within a couple of hours. booking for fitting was very quick. Well done all.
Its ok there are off cuts at the back which you could get a good deal they do sell rugs and beds too i was waiting for a member of staff to come put and help with my questions but only one was working so i left to go else where
Bought a bed from this store. Less than a year later the spring came through the mattress. A sales representative took a photo of it and said I will have a new in 5 to 6 weeks.4 month's later phoned the store was told the rep is busy with another customer, he will phone back. No phone call so I went to the store myself and was told the rep was not working there anymore .so I have had a delivery of the mattress off the shop floor ,today ,They could not be bothered to wrap IT up .there was a few marks on it ,but my wife managed to get the marks off Roger the sales rep said there is no springs in the mattress WHAT PLANET IS HE ON should be SACKED
