Since the best customer service assistant they ever had left for another nearby store in the Centre I don't ask for help at all if I can help it. My 5* is for Lauren. I was initially told by her colleague that the item I was after wasn't in stock and that she hadn't seen it in weeks, she also went as far as telling me that they had only just placed an order for it just earlier. As I was leaving, I was approached by Lauren who asked me if I needed assistance. 2 mins later she turned up with a box of the stuff. This customer care means a lot to me as I've been a manager for retail shops for over a decade and was astonished at the lack of care I saw from the store manager after I applauded Laurens service. All he replied with "all of my team is like that...". What planet is he on? I didn't even make a fuss or anything. So I decided to leave a review. Thanks again to Lauren.
