Super convenient. I needed Malaria tablets for my trip and consulted,.ordered, and.paid online, next day it was stocked here to pick up. Good price and quick medical solution. best place to buy cheap makeup and beauty stuff, had the help of a shop assistant, she was lovely in the makeup aisle, she helped me with the 3 for 2 offer and was very friendly. The range of stuff and the discounts are also very good!
rude staff, terrible customer service. i left the store feeling awful for wanting to return some items and was interrogated as to WHY i wanted to refund by the bald manager. get a life, mate. and to the taller dark haired girl, wouldn't hurt to actually be friendly.
Well to be honest all their outlets are similar and stock the same lines. The reason I visit them is because of value for money certainly not the environment

Easy access. Good stock in the store. I went to Pharmacy counter to drop-off empty blister packs!! Very simple & easy to do. Staff were friendly.
Good prices and quick service
Only 1 till open, lady being served was asking about products, not a problem, but a queue was starting to build up. I asked staff member serving if another till could be opened response, no. I put the items I was going to buy down and went elsewhere.
Return process is a nightmare! You have to beg to return an item! painful process!!!! Yes Superdrug I didn t need my item anymore, as my trip was cancelled due to CV19! It happens... Had to provide this answer at least 10 times... embarrassing !
