Although it’s a budget salon, I would not recommend. Yes the haircut wasn’t bad for £34 but the service was absolutely awful. First of all I got sat down by one lady, and my haircut by another so had to tell them what I wanted twice. Really could do with a makeover in there too. I’ve been to supercuts in lakeside and bluewater and they have been fantastic. This one however, was not a good experience.

This is a budget salon so one can not expect a posh place offering coffee and amaretti biscuits. However, it has lovely long term staff. I went on a Saturday, they were running short of staff but i wasnt hurried up, the hair treatment wasn't compromised on. I was still made to feel special. And my hair looks great. Id rather go here and pass on my savings in tips to the staff than go to a high end salon and pay for the frills.

Worst service I have ever experienced in a hair salon! She was so rude and rough and didn't cut my hair evenly! I have a short cut and my side burns were cut blunt one side and pointed other! No care or consideration at all! Avoid at all costs!

I took my 3 year old to get a haircut here. The lady's attitude at the reception was so unfriendly and inhospitable. I don't know why I even decided to stay, I guess I was just that desperate to get my son's hair cut. She was stuck up, and dare I say bitchy during the course of the cut..I'm not satisfied with the service at all, I took him back in after a few minutes of getting his cut to get it retouched a bit at the back and she blatantly dismissed me, said she couldn't do it and that 'the hair looks fine'! I've tried to fix it myself but it doesn't look good. I would not recommend this place at all! A gentle, coaxing, warm attitude is a far cry, they don't even offer decent interaction..
