Love, love, love Rush in Bromley. I go every 3 to 4 weeks, there is always a good vibe and all the staff are so welcoming. I coloured my hair for the first time last summer, I was so happy with the end product and the consultation I received. I always leave feeling and looking great each time.
If you are looking for style, professionalism and expertise then this is definitely the place to go ; )

Appalling service!!!! I booked with a senior stylist who was 25 min late to my appointment. She rushed the whole appointment and and my hair cut was not even (had this confirmed by another hair salon, who were equally appalled at the hair cut from Rush; one of the largest hair salon names). I was told at the end to make up the lateness I was given an extra treatment. Not once was I offered any say in the treatment or explained what is was I supposedly received. Neither did I receive a deduction off the expensive price I paid for a shoddy hair cut!). The manager was present and did a poor job in addressing issue. Seemed uninterested in his staff/ customers. I have had my hair cut in the Bromley Rush Salon now three times and each time my opinion and experience has been negative. I will not be returning and I suggest other customers to seriously reconsider attending!

Absolutely love Rush Bromley, Jess is the most honest and talented hairdresser I've come across.  Had severely damaged hair and they helped me strengthen it until it was ready to bleach again, now I have super strong &a healthy hair with bleach &smart bond.  I've had dealings with Jess mainly, and David and Kaitlyn, Perry and Yasmin all very talented friendly hair dressers.  X

A massive thank you to very talented Jess for completely transforming my hair. After walking in with a multi-coloured frizz disaster, I came out with beautifully coloured, sleek and smooth hair. Hair magic!

I booked an appointment for 3:00 (received both email and text confirmation of this) and when I turned up was told my appointment was 2:45. I'm not sure if he was the manager, but the main man at the desk was SO rude to me, and insisted this was my fault (despite me showing him the text and email). The tone in which he spoke to me was just shockingly rude. I booked at this salon because of their 50% off the first time cut and blow-dry, so obviously wanted a stylist of the same price as the one I had booked - he was so unhelpful, and just sat me down in a chair. It would be a much lower rating if not for the lovely hairdresser I had, who cut my hair well and very quickly. On the whole, it was not a very enjoyable experience. The customer service was appalling and I will not be recommending to friends.
