Avoid this salon. The woman who appears to be in charge is unbelievably rude and clearly has no basic customer care training. If I could give no stars I would. I have been a regular customer and have never had a problem with any of the stylists, however on the last occasion I arrived at 4.50 and was told by her that as they close at 6, they couldn't cut my hair. I had made the journey from central London especially after telephoning earlier in the day, and the woman I spoke to said if I arrived before 5 they would be able to do it. Wasted journey and a curt, unhelpful attitude from this woman to boot. There are also hidden costs. Don't be fooled by the offers in the window, this woman is a cheat and a liar. I got a good cut for less than the £30 I was quoted here at Headmasters up the road. They actually value their customers there.
