How can you possibly justify a 100% price rise!
Having been a regular client of yours since February 2015 to be informed that as you haven’t increased your prices for a number of years a gel manicure would now cost me £35 per visit, l do understand that you have costs to cover but really £25 to £35! Have you seen how many alternative nail bars are in Bromley and it’s surrounding area with competitive prices and much bigger colour choices. I would like to thank Lorenza for her excellent customer service attitude she is one of the best nail technicians l have so far come across and l part with regret that Lorenza will no longer be caring for me.

I've been here for waxing, nails and hair and very happy with the service. Lorenza is lovely I would really recommend her for beauty treatments.

The salon is clean and has friendly staff but don't be fooled. 
Please if you love your natural Afro hair or have mixed textured hair PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not use this hair salon! The hair stylist called Maz claims that she knows how to cut and maintain Afro hair but she doesn't have a clue! stick to what you know... European Hair and then has the cheek to charge extortionate prices £95.
The worse so- called Afro hair salon in South East London/Kent area.

So I've had my eyebrow half waxed off on a previous visit and thought I'd give them one last try to do other treatments as I had a £10 off voucher. They phoned less than an hour before my appointment to say the beautician has gone off due to unforeseen circumstances and someone else can do 2 of the 3 treatments, but only half an hour after my scheduled appointment. I understand these things happen but the least you could do was offer a proper apology and a gesture of goodwill like a coupon. Expecting me to be happy with only getting 2 out of 3 treatments done with someone I don't know at a time later than my scheduled appointment is ridiculous. This was wholly unprofessional and you've lost a customer. Plenty other salons in Bromley but of course that doesn't make up for the massive inconvenience I've now suffered of having to find somewhere at the last minute to get these treatments done.

I used to used Lena Morris whenever I got my nails done. 
I hadn’t had my nails done in Bromley for couple of months (I work away sometimes). I went in to get my nails done before Christmas. I was happy with my nails but when I went to pay they were charging me £47!! (For Shellac vanish removal and manicure) Even the girl putting it through the till was shocked that my bill was that much. 
When I queried why it was so much she said it was because the manicure was £35 and the removal was £12. I said I have always paid £35 for both before. She just said thats the price. 
I paid as I didn’t want to make a scene. 
When I got home I checked online to find the price. It was £28 for the manicure and £12 for the removal. That’s £40 (which is still more then I pay normally) I called to query it. The girl that did my nails answered the phone. I asked again about the price. She said it was more then on the internet because I had booked last minute. I explained that I had book nearly a week in advance. The manager came to the phone to speak to me and said that I was charge more BECAUSE I booked in advance!!!! Which made no sense to me. She also said that their prices had gone up in November and they now charge for the removal of the vanish which they did not tell me when I booked. I asked if she would at least honour the price online and she said no that was the price and was very rude about it. 
I will NOT be going back there anymore. They obviously don’t care about customer loyalty. There customer service was terrible and prices are ridiculous.
I have found a new nail salon in Beckenham called Airbrush who are amazing and only charge £25 for removal and the gel manicure!
