My name is Kris Allan, Freya's father, and I am posting through her account, as I was not able to get a Google Account of my own set up. My experience with AHS, and Bromley was the venue I used, was one of the top 3 worst retail experiences of my life; (I am 53 years old). A few years ago, I handed over in the region of £2000 having been told that I could get 30-40% re-growth of my hair with laser and chemical treatment. Many hours were spent religiously going through the procedures that I had been told to go through, and driving up from Hastings to Bromley to sit under this machine. The Bromley site was a tatty mess with basic and run-down equipment. I can't remember exactly how long the course was, but it was months; and even though by about half way through it was quite clear that nothing had happened or was going to happen, I was told to carry on what I was doing, and persevered to the end. When I raised how unhappy I was about it all, to a number of people, including top management, I was merely offered a reduction in the price of further strand by strand, or suchlike treatment---even though I'd made it 100% clear from the start that I would never be interested in this. The reason I am writing this revue now, is that I got something through the post from this company recently, and realised how scarred I am still and probably always will be, by AHS. Be very careful how you tread........
