We haven't been here in years and recently visited due to a child's party being held here. Pleasantly surprised on how good the place looks, plenty of arcade machines, tidy and clean lanes, good food and drinks prices. The party room was a nice colourful space with led lighting and a TV jukebox full of kids favourite songs. Likely to return in the future for a game of bowling ourselves!

The staff were more than happy to turn down the volume slightly and offer quieter lanes, showing real understanding of SEN needs. It’s clear they care about making the experience inclusive for every child.nnThe bowling itself is fun and accessible, with ramps, bumpers, and lightweight balls to help everyone get involved. But the real bonus is the amazing arcade—bright, colourful, and full of exciting games for all ages. It’s a perfect way to round off the visit and keep the kids entertained even after the bowling ends.nnThere’s also a clean, well-run café with a great selection of snacks and drinks.nnOverall, Red Rose Bowl is more than just a bowling alley—it’s a welcoming, inclusive space that makes every family feel at home.
It's been a number of years since I've visited back when it was called lakeside superbowl, back then it was dark, loud, kinda dirty and full of teens causing trouble.nnI'm glad to say all those issues are distant memories based on our visit today, the place has clearly had investment with an arcade and revamp of most areas, instead of the previous atmosphere today it was warm, welcoming and full of families bowling, gaming and eating at the diner.nnWould happily go back again without so much of a gap this time.
Kids eat free over summer was a great surprise! Full of families having fun. Great Shawn Sharpe Artwork outside and lanes great too. A local asset! When little was grumpy about food wait, spoke to staff who immediately sorted. Great visit, thankyou!
Great place out for family to have some fun. Staff are amazing, especially Nathan who made our trip extra fun. He was helpful, funny, always smiling and helping his team. Absolute credit to you.nnWorth a visit, food and drinks are cheap. Plenty of arcade games too.
