Beyond incompetent. Consistently making mistakes with paperwork. Expensive. We’ve just moved in and have been provided with little to no paperwork regarding our new rental property, no itinerary after almost a week and the place is filthy. Avoid.

This agency is by far the worst I have ever come across. They managed a property of mine for three years until I managed to get rid of them. In the meantime they withheld half the rent from me and ended up owing me £13,000. I managed to get £11,000 out of them eventually after resorting to legal action, but the balance is still outstanding and I fear I will never receive it. John Mollison who owns the agency is totally unreliable and untrustworthy and I would not go near this agent, either as a landlord or as a tenant.

Had a great experience with this agency. They have been constantly on the look out for properties to suit our needs on a very strict time scale due to our circumstances! John and team, highly Recommended!

Avoid at all all costs. Had to report these guys to the trading standards authority. Absolute joke. Associated with Taylor and Tester also, must advise the same!
