Tracy Gower and her assistant Julie Bowen have been truly marvellous! I would highly recommend them and most definitely use Tracy again should I need to sell or buy a property. Recently my sister and I had to move our mother into a care home and we needed to sell her house as quickly as possible to pay the care home fees. Tracy was recommended to us as being very fast and efficient and my goodness, she was absolutely brilliant! Not only was she and her team fast and super-efficient but kind, helpful, great at explaining and communicating things clearly and had a really good interface with our estate agent.
Tracy Gower and her assistant Julie recently handled the sale of our property and we cannot commend them highly enough. They were extremely approachable and professional at all times and dealt with all issues very efficiently and without fuss. Due to circumstances we were away for a significant period during the sale and then needed to exchange and complete in a short space of time but this was all handled very smoothly. We are extremely grateful to both Tracy and Julie for all their work on our behalf we would not hesitate to recommend Tracy to anyone with a property to sell.

This is the second time we have used Tracy Gower. On each occasion she has gone the extra mile, providing excellent friendly and professional service and advice. Tracy Gower handled the sale of one of our properties recently and did a great job. This was in spite of having a really difficult buyer who didn't have a clue as to how the purchase/sale of a property works! Tracy was patient and effective at all times during what was a frustrating process. She does what she says she will do and gets things done without fuss or prevarication. Tracy Gower and the team were very professional, efficient, and great communicators. We had a tight deadline to complete on the property and the team was able get all the searches done, documents preprepared, and negotiated with the bank to release the funds faster so that we can complete on time.

Tracy Gower and her assistant Julia are brilliant. They were really helpful in sorting out what had previously been an immense headache of a house move with our previous solicitors and within the short time frame we had been left with as a result. They are quick to respond to queries and overall very helpful. Would definitely recommend them if you're moving house!
