I can say it with certainty that the customer care of this office is simply the best in the UK. Ms Theresa Wallace, the director of customer relations, is very experienced and sincere to her customers. Obviously she knows her work and she will get any work done in the most fair, honest and understanding way from the customers’ perspectives. She will look at each case thoroughly and sincerely and will solve whatever issue you may have with your tenancy. I can assure you that if there is any confusion, she will look into it and get it sorted. I am so grateful that we met her. I hope you don’t encounter any issues during your tenancy, however, for us, there was some confusion with one of the offices initially but once customer services were aware, it was resolved swiftly and it is good to use a company who listen and act swiftly to reach a good resolution. She will not just leave the case to be looked into by her secretaries or just follow the perfunctory procedures. To sum up, not only does she understand her work well, but she is a really warm-hearted and honest person you can truly rely on.
