Ross and the staff at Knight Frank in Sevenoaks provided an excellent service during our recent sale. The communication was quick and efficient, and Ross was working well into the evenings to help it all work out. It's no exaggeration to say that the chain would probably have fallen apart if it had not been for Ross's coordination of the chain from top to bottom. A member of staff even came to the house to provide reassurance and company to my elderly mother when she would otherwise have been left alone with our buyer's surveyor - and he stayed for the duration. The end result was very satisfactory. In summary: highly recommended!

We sold  our home recently through Knight Frank in Sevenoaks.  All the members of the team  we dealt with were polite and professional and provided an efficient service from the office staff to the viewing assistants . The sale was protracted over 7 months because of problems further down the chain, but throughout the process we had a consistent single point of contact and support from the team and we were informed when staff were on holiday to help manage expectations.  I could not recommend Knight Frank at Sevenoaks more highly, especially if you have an' out of the ordinary' property to sell.

George Berry dealt with our recent house sale with consummate tact and diplomacy. He is a calm influence - and always on hand with reasoned advice. George has a thorough knowledge of the local market and an unflappable manner. Couple this with accomplished interpersonal skills and you have an excellent agent. I recommend him and his team.

We have sold two houses in the last 5 years with George Berry at Knight Frank and feel we have got to know him and the team at Sevenoaks really well. From the beginning we found them to be thoroughly likeable, and accessible,knowledgable about the area and the market,  giving us sound advice and consistent support during the inevitable ups and downs of house selling.They were always professional and committed to excellence in communications and arrangements making life much easier for us as a family.They really did do all the work and took away the headaches for us. They remained fully involved and proactive until exchange and  completion.I could not recommend knight Frank especially George Berry and Jane Wells-Johnson  more highly.

Extraordinary service, faultless professionalism and negotiation with  honest communication  resulting in a fast efficient sale. Tilly is a credit to your team she is mindful of the sale process but not at the expense of the customers feelings. Knight Frank's trademark is the experience that your customer leaves with and Tilly is about the best that you can get.
