Having been pleased with the service we received when we bought our house from Kings Estate Agents in Sevenoaks 17 years ago, Kings was on our shortlist for potential estate agents when we decided to sell it earlier this year. We liked Daniel’s approach, and decided that Kings was the right agent for us. This proved to be an excellent choice!Throughout the process the whole team at Kings have been professional, friendly and approachable. Their experience proved invaluable when there were issues lower down the chain, with them proactively seeking to move the process along and keeping us informed all the way through. We would have no hesitation in recommending the Sevenoaks branch to anyone considering selling their home.

We cannot fault Kings in Sevenoaks for the seamless, efficient and professional way in which they dealt with our recent house sale. From the very beginning right through to completion they were always available to help and assist with any questions or problems.  Sam and the rest of the team were excellent with the communication and particularly helpful when it came to open days for the house viewings. I have used Kings in Meopham and Borough Green in the past and been very satisfied with the service. By chance I have just completed a sale/purchase with Kings Sevenoaks and I was really impressed with everyone at that office too. Due to the inefficiency of a solicitor further down the chain, what should have been a fairly straightforward  process turned into a nightmare towards the end but Daniel, Sam and Louise did everything they could to iron out problems and keep me informed about progress. Throughout they were totally professional, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was very grateful for everything they did to support me.  Also, at one stage the whole office had Covid and the staff at Borough Green took over briefly. The service was just as good from that team.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Kings Estate Agents and Hayley for several years now and I have never had a negative experience. As they have operated in Sevenoaks for many many years they have a great local knowledge which means that they can get the best price for properties. We also found that their great location provides a great source of buyers. I would highly recommend due to their quality and comprehensive service.

Daniel and his team helped my wife and I to sell our property in Otford and the whole experience was as painless as moving house can be!  Everyone was very friendly, communication was good, and we were given lots of solid information about the state of the market so that we could set our expectations appropriately.  Best of all, King's promoted our house well and it sold in the timescale that we hoped for a price which was very acceptable.

My contact person Hayley was superb in every way :  Not only did she help us with our ongoing search, she also took us through a whole new level of service experience with fantastic follow-ups and ever-prompt responses.  My whole experience dealing with Kings has been wonderful and I am inclined to give credit to Hayley who went above and beyond to meet and exceed our expectations! Kings have done a great job of letting our property. We moved from our home to America nearly two years  ago. Kings found tenants quickly and even managed to find new tenants for us just as swiftly when the initial tenants needed to break the lease early for personal reasons. Kings also recovered the re-letting costs for us and found replacement tenants so quickly that we didn't lose any rent. It was a stressful time for us as we are so far away. I would strongly recommend them and I will also add that because we were so impressed with the letting agency we are currently considering instructing Kings to deal with the sale of our property. Thanks again Kings!

Hayley, Daniel and the whole team at Sevenoaks have worked very hard during very difficult times for the housing market to promote and find buyers for our house.   Hayley has been very  helpful and shown numerous prospective buyers around our house and has kept us informed throughout the whole process.  The team in the office have been great and I have no hesitation in recommending Kings Sevenoaks  as a very professional agency.
