I have been a client of Jenny Platt Estates & Lettings for many years. I have no doubt that my properties are in safe hands at all times. My payments are prompt and my tenants are happy. The service provided by Jenny and her team is excellent. Any problems are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner. Their team of experienced staff are always on hand and are extremely helpful. Many years ago I tried letting without an agent and what a mistake that was! Jenny and her team have proven to be an asset to me and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to any potential tenant or landlord. When the time comes to sell, Jenny Platt Estates & Lettings will be my first port of call.

I have used Jennie Platt Estates & lettings for many years now, both as a letting agent and as an estate agent when we have been buying and selling properties for our stock. As a professional developer I have always found them to be passionate about their work and committed to achieving the results I desired. There is no substitute for hard work and charisma in estate agency work and Lettings and the whole team have got it in bundles. I highly recommend Jennie Platt herself, as she sets a great example to the team and leads from the top with her exemplary work ethic. All in all I couldn't recommend these guys highly enough based on the fantastic service I have received over the years and no doubt the years to come.

I sold my house with Jenny Platt. I had several estate agents around to my property to value in view to selling. I have to say hands down Jenny was the most open and honest of them. I felt instantly comfortable with her and having noticed how quickly the houses she had up in the area sold I signed up. Jenny and her team wasted no time at all getting the ball rolling and before I knew it I was inundated with viewings and in short my house was sold within 2 weeks ABOVE ASKING PRICE!!! I could not recommend them enough. Their professionalism and clear expertise in their field I believe far exceeds any other estate agents in the area. Use her you will not regret it.

Don’t be fooled by the good reviews do NOT use this agent. Jennie Platt sued me for commission even though my buyer withdrew! She failed to attend court and ended up paying me costs! If you do allow her to market your property make sure she removes the ‘ready, willing and able’ clause from the contract. I made a complaint to The Property Ombudsman about other matters which they upheld. I look forward to her response to this review.

We have used Jenny Platt to buy and sell. I've always found Jenny and her team really approachable and honest. When we sold they have marketed the property really well and found a buyer inside 2 weeks. They listened to what kind of house we wanted (and what we can afford!) and found us a home we are really happy with. Easily the best agency in Prestwich.
