I have been training with Francisco for 4 years. He is professional and dedicated and not at all intimidating. In addition to the 14kg I lost in the first 8 months,  he trains me to tone and maintain my body in exactly the right areas. His expertise is beyond just personal training, his advice on nutrition, overcoming bad eating habits and general well being is an absolute bonus. I would recommend him fully to anyone who seriously wants results.

I have been training with francisco for past 7 months . I have had personal training previously and can honestly tell the difference between someone who is professional with years of experience francisco and someone who is just a beginner and only in the business for “money”.  I have lost over 10 kgs and making progress to reach my goal . Francisco is best at what he is doing . I highly recommend him . Its coming from someone who has struggled to loose weight for years and have always been “fat” .  HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I can highly recommend Francisco Rocha as a coach for both exercises and diet. His program makes it easy to track progress and he's on your side at all times. He's there to truly help you achieve your goals. Score of 5 out of 5 for sure!
