Lovely warm friendly staff and top notch equipment! The classes cater for a wide variety of tastes and I always find the atmosphere warm and welcoming. Can’t think of anywhere I’d rather train!
Gym is small and not well maintained. Staff are rude and prices are too high. Better off going to a gym in Uxbridge and jogging/running there and back for some cardio.

One of the most unprofessional and awful gyms i have ever joined. Equipment is decent but the gym is overcrowded and the staff is pretty much clueless. Opening times are never clear so i would definitely not reccomend to anyone.
Small gym that gets busy quick and ques for benches and equipment can build up quick but a god little gym to work out in
The staff are really great and supportive. I took part in quite a few classes each week and found they helped me to improve my fitness and reach my goals. Certain times are quieter than others, but I never had a problem finding a machine to use. Definitely recommend this gym as it's right on campus and therefore so easy to access!
Great friendly staff, good classes, good facilities and clean!
Its a small gym with limited equipment and training machines. Sometimes you have to wait for others to set the machines free for your training. The security lock system is worst as there are 3-4 small rooms and you have to scan thumb impression each time to enter into other training rooms. Its a good option only in a way if you have no other gyms around.
Poor customer service and very small and out of order equipments , not worth it and never recommended
