I recently had work experience in the gym. At my time here I took part in the range of sessions that the gym offer. I found each class very enjoyable and all the trainers at the gym helpful. They classes pushed me to my limit. I would recommend taking part in these classes. The gym has a range of equipment that can be used to train with. All the staff are very friendly and easy to get along with. If there's a piece of equipment that you do not know how to use or just any other question they are always happy to help. I would recommend this gym to anyone who is looking to join one

Decent gym. Like most other budget gyms. Confusing layout of the building whe you first join but you get used to it eventually. Sometimes certain equipment is out of commission for ages.

They do not maintain there equipment but charge you double in November as a maintenance fee - robbery! Calf raise has been out for 4 months, still not fixed. Chest press still out after five months, still not fixed. Cable machine was fixed after waiting 6 months! The list goes on. AVOID!

Didn't use gym equipment. I was there few times for classes. 'Hour of power' met all my expectations. It was powerful, music perfectly matches exercises. Luca (the leader) and all staff very friendly and helpful. All facilities on the high level. There is free parking for gym users as well.

THEY WILL SCAM YOU FOR YOUR MONEY. I have cancelled my membership in august 2016 they continuously charged me for half a year. I received a confirmation email telling me they have cancelled my membership. When I went into the gym and attempted to resolve this issue they sent me around in circles telling me to talk to this person and that person. It is now approaching he end of march 2017 and they have STILL NOT GIVEN ME BACK MY MONEY. They have absolutely no communication between each other. their customer service team is awful, they are absolutely unprofessional and do not at all know how to deal with issues considering they have many Active4Less' all over England I would have expected them to be able to deal with problems in a professional manner instead of dragging it out for so long. I WOULD NOT AT ALL RECOMMEND THIS GYM TO ANYONE.
