Watch out !!!! Joined this Gym after a trainer told me he worked there and how great it was. Took my money for 10 sessions. The sessions were not even all that. With one session left guy just disappears and stops responding to my calls and messages. The gym are not even willing respond back to me to try and help. Watch out for this guy seems like he just jumps from gym to gym making a quick buck.

Have sent one day pass request online 4 days ago, still haven't received any response. Tried to call them via the phone number on their website and Google, nobody answered. I don't know how good the facilities or maintenance or staffs are just because of I don't care.

. I go for the weekend cycle class. I really like the Saturday class. The instructor clearly knows how interval training works. The Sunday class is trying to be a full body workout which I like the idea of. I used to be a rower. Except, I don't feel it works on a bike. We would get a kind of rhythm going with our arm moves but I kept finding I would always pedal down with my right foot when we did an arm move. It felt unbalanced. I would try switch so I would pedal down with my left foot when we did an arm move, but would get out of rhythm with the rest of the class while trying. Later at home, I laughed about something and felt a sharp pain in my left side abdominal muscles. That stayed with me for about three days. I think I will have to stick to the Saturday class. It's unfortunate because I hoped to go both or either days depending on my weekend plans.

Do not sign up to this gym, they make it absolutely impossible to leave. Rather than simply cancelling your membership online or cancelling the direct debit you have to fill out a form ao they contact you before you leave. And you gotta pay for 2 extra months before you leave. Even after yo leave they keep taking money off you a rack up silly numbers. From 0 balance to pay to £80 within a month after membership is long over? Even though i was paying 15 a month. Oh they theh have vietually no customer service. No contact number, No email. Nothing. Just those forms and wait till they decide to call you in the middle of the day when you are unavailable. Save youself some time and money and go to another one in UXBRIDGE.
