Brilliant subway with amazing, very friendly staff. The roasting machine was broken but the staff made sure to tell everyone before they ordered and the microwave was offered as an alternative. The decoration and feel of this subway are very good and there is a toilet to use if needed. Really enjoyed my lunch here this morning and would certainly visit again.

Not the best subway I've ever had, but I really don't blame the staff that much. Yes the customer service was severely lacking, yes..... there was a long line and a long waiting time, yes....they were out of the bread I wanted....wait a minute, where is this going?? I've visited this branch many times now, honestly....I feel bad for the staff who have to deal with some of the university students I've seen go in there. They act like entitled snobs, I fully understand why sometimes customer service starts to lack. Overall, it's a regular subway that's been put under a heavy work load, my advice is be patient, use your manners and pay the correct amount, then go on with your day.

Awful customer service from one male employee in particular, who clearly hated his job. Called me madam at least 12 times which I didn't appreciate. He was being blatantly rude, using foul language and talking disrespectfully about a previous customer. Food was poorly made. Will not be returning in the future.

Awful experience the guy who served me at the till was incredibly rude and called me "Sir" 10 times while serving and was very obvious about it. After correcting him he still continued. Absolute tool and I would not go back, have phoned up to lodge an official complaint.
