I have visited this Subway store several times and the staff serving are very friendly, well mannered, great customer service, and each visit they make it worth while to return. This Subway store food quality is delicious. Between all the sandwiches prepared they change gloves and they fill the subs with all the different salads requested plus sauces. I asked the store for extra toast which made the extra crunch and it was lovely to eat. Vegetarian options They have vegetarian salads and sandwiches and healthy options. Kid friendliness They have Kids chairs and toddler chairs for kids to have their meals inside the shop. The seating area is very comfortable and very nice and a premium feel. Parking In front of the shop there are 4 car park spaces plus it shares a large carpark area with a trade center where another 20 cars can park. Wheelchair accessibility The shop is grand floor and wheelchair accessible and easy to push the wheel chair to the counter. Dietary restrictions The dietary information is available on the Subway Counter from the calories to the ingredients. My go to Subway in the area. I usually use the Subway App and order ahead, and when I go to collect its always ready and packed neatly into this little cardboard box. Although the last time I used it, there was no box which made me kinda sad On the rare times they had to substitute something, they always go above and beyond. Parking: A couple of spaces Infront of the shop, and a small carpark a bit further away.
Ordered something from the new menu, was told I cannot add any extras salad. £7.50 is too much for a sarnie.Food: 3/5
When I 1st used this subway many years ago you could hardly close the sandwich such were the amount of filling in them....now your lucky if you even get what you asked for let alone how much of it.....DisappointingFood: 2/5
We stopped by to get a bite to nest before I dropped my daughter of to playgroup. Staff were helpful assisting me with the door so I could bring the pram inside and take it outside!
Excellent store with attentive staff and fresh food.
Appalling and advise others to stay away! Visited here to purchase three footlong subways, came to a total of £27 all together. As it was a nice sunny day we had driven all the way back home to enjoy the food with a bit of sun too! To find when unveiling the subs they had fallen to bits as 90% of the toppings were not even in the sandwich but outside, when trying to pick up the subway it fell apart as it had been so over sauced that the bread had become soggy on top. Wasn’t cut through properly so when trying to pick it up the bottom part of the bread completely came off so had to result in eating it with a knife and fork as were not going to waste what we had already paid for. To top it all off we had vocalised with the staff that one of us had a severe lactose intolerance so would not be able to have the cheese on it with that specific one. They then continued to put the cheese on unbeknownst to us and we only found out after he had eaten 3/4 of the subway due to the state it was in! As a result of this it causes a reaction so now, is severely unwell due to this. Disgusting from the staff as had queried this before. Complete lack of professionalism in this subway and now has had serious consequences because of it. If I could rate it 0 stars I would but felt as though this needed to be shared. A complete waste of money. Hopefully I am able to share alongside this a photo of how the subways came after they were unpackaged.

Always good value for money and very friendly staff. Everyone knows what a Subway is, so definitely the staff who make you decide to go back again or not.
Great service, staff are friendly. Great to see staff cleaning in non busy times. Well done team.
