Really not happy ordered a bbq chicken pizza and got sent one with fish on it . That would be fine if I wasn't allergic to fish, absolutely crazy customer service will not order again shouldbe ashamed
I've tried many different takeaways and I always come back. Best I can find and I travel for it
Great food, great prices. Staff are fantasic and the owner is always happy to meet any needs. Although prices have gone up across the country they're still offering their amazing collection only deals on any 12 and 14 inch pizzas! 12 inch for £7.50 and the 14 inch for just £9! Absolute legend of an owner and hands down the best pizza around in my opinion.
Waited almost 2 hours to get no food as the driver apparently had a flat tyre and couldn't deliver so we reordered and they took the order and then the shop decided to cancel the order just before they closed. Phoned the shop and got shouted at saying its my fault and they don't care it's not their problem. Avoid like the plague. Bad Service and no care for their customers.
Been ordering for a while now. Delivered wrong food once but when I rang to say I have received the wrong order the guy on the phone promised to sort it asap and he did! Received it in 10minutes. Amazing service! Love the way they react to complaints
I've only ever ordered through Just Eat so I can't say much about the inside of the shop. It must be said though that the food from here has always been really delicious and there are great deals to take advantage of! The waiting time from ordering to it being delivered is also always shorter than they cover themselves for - I know, a takeaway that actually delivers early !
We used to live near here when we discovered this place. Great tasting pizza. Even though we now live elsewhere, this is the families favourite place to order takeaway pizza from. Prices are great value when you collect yourself. Parking can be tricky on the high street.
Food was excellent, tasty & hot. Delivery was approximately 40mins earlier than stated. Prices are much cheaper than Dominos etc. Will definitely be using again & again.
Usually decent food but last few times as been a let down now, warming chips back up in the microwave, I pay for fresh cooked food, think I'll try elsewhere from now on, once or twice now and again you don't mind, but not 3 times in a row
Always on time if not early, never have had a bad meal. Best in Lincoln, no doubt.
