I had been asking around to get a cost of my engagement ring resized and of course most importantly how long it would take to get it back on my finger. I went to a few places in the area and all were quoting weeks to get it back to me as the style of the ring made things difficult, plus it was going to be expensive if they could even do it at all! I didn't see much other choice... until a few people at work mentioned this jewellers. As soon as I went in I felt a lot better as it was professional and welcoming. I explained the other feedback I had got and was worried but I was soon put at ease with it all and they said they could get it back to me in a day or two for a good price and I was very happy with this. Unexpectedly that same day they gave me a call to say because they new the importance of it to me they had done it! I was so so grateful. Honestly such great service and I couldn't be happier with it. Definitely recommended :)

Went in today to get some pins and links replaced in my watch. The older lady who works was lovely and handed me over to the middle aged gentleman who wore glasses. He didn't seem very interested and was very ignorant when talking to me about the situation with the watch. The watch isn't expensive but means a lot to me, and he made me feel like a peasant just because it wasn't an expensive watch. I've never had terrible service from any other staff member there apart from this person.

Talented not only in jewellery Simon restored a ww1 medal that had been handed down to me Normally these items should be left but it needed a little care to maintain its existence as it was in a poor state Not only has it now identified that the medal is 925 silver due to the marking being obscured with a huge build up of grime but he has also recreated the paint work this has deliberately been done to look aged and distressed and in keeping with the age of the medal

Brilliant service from Simon who went above and beyond to tackle a watch repair for me. A friendly and professional business I would highly recommend.

I approached Simon with a concept for my engagement ring, he advised me on a few improvements... and after a couple of weeks he delivered a perfect job at a very competitive price!
