Knowledgeable and decent staff. Have actual stock of products that you can buy - remember those days? Great prices, and they are local. Went in, saw an A-rated Samsung washing machine, bought it cheaper than Currys or AO. They delivered and took the old one taken away same day. What more do you need? The flippin washing machine even plays music to let you know it's done.
Best local service I've used in years!!! Needed a new washing machine in quick time as my old one had died. Went onto Ebay and near top of the list was just what I needed. An Indesit washing machine just like my old one. Made an online enquiry, which to my amazement was replied to within minutes. Visited the shop the following morning and within 5 minutes - viewed new machine, excellent advice given, bought/paid and even negotiated free delivery the same day!!! £10 to take the old machine away..bargain!!! Dont go to the usual BIG players, have a personable, friendly, professional service here. I've worked in the public domain for 25 years and these guys are on the money!! Just superb. Thank you very much indeed!

Ordered a Beko tumble dryer on line on Monday with a delivery slot for Saturday. Easily able to check it was in stock and no problem with getting the delivery day. Driver and his mate helpful and polite when they delivered. Appliance competitively priced too.
Just bought a washing machine with just the right level of support and care. We were given accurate details about a range of machines. Given space to make up our minds then helped to get it in the car. Brilliant range, lots to choose from, very personable service. Beats Curry's by a million miles. Would strongly recommend
So pleased l found this local shop for my new washing machine. I had already decided which one l wanted and rang to see if it was in stock and when l arrived to pick it up it was already to go. The service was very personal they were helpful and l can't recommend them highly enough.
Dishwasher broke down one phone call was all it took for a replacement and also a very fast delivery and fitting. The owners went the extra mile to make sure this happened and in the current climate we were so grateful. Price was exceptional would have no hesitation in fully recommending this company
Bought a whole kitchen set up and love it! Randy was great with all our questions as well as install and when to replace filters in the refrigerator. Install and delivery guys were clean and courteous. Overall great experience!will definitely refer and be back when we need to.
Rather unhappy with the purchase experience. Very comparative prices for their products The advertised product that I wanted and purchased through their website was out of stock I was politely offered replacement which I agreed misleading information about delivery time on their website - option to choose same day delivery on the purchase in my case Wednesday. Although after the purchase I received message 'We will be in touch within the next 48 hours to confirm delivery.' Agreed the delivery for Saturday 12pm. When no-one turned up by 12:45 I gave them a call and was told that the manager booked it for Sunday 12pm without informing me. As I couldn't do that that day, I was told they will give me an update on what they can do. I suddenly received an email that my order had been cancelled and a refund had been issued. With ZERO communication or option to reschedule the date. Very disappointing service caused by lack of communication from the suppliers side. __________________________________________ My response to your below reply: Interesting. I have a feeling that you're confusing me with another client as I don't recall a missed call on Sunday, our home CCTV didn't recorded any attempts of 'special' delivery and I certainly haven't found a calling card upon my return home. Order was placed on Wednesday 21st and I received the refund on 26th, thats not 7 days.... Please get your facts straight and instead of writing nonsense, a simple apology would be much more professional.
