Always helpful and courteous. Managed to get my wife’s Christmas present (a watch) engraved for her in time for the big day, even though I’d left it very late to ask. Very reasonable prices, too. Highly recommended based upon my experience of their services.

great service every time i have used. They have done valuations and repairs for me, best by far in Beeston!!! wouldn't trust anyone else.

Absolutely amazing service, friendly and very helpful. Didn't have what I was looking for on my first trip but found me something for the next time I said I would be in. Best service I've seen. Thank you so much for all your work.

Went to get my wedding ring stretched .I was given a price then nearly 3 weeks later they ring me and tell me they need to reassess the price then inform me it had been sent away to be done.not happy to be told this so asked for it to be returned and got it back it was scratched would not recommend these to any one
