Had my very first piercing here eyebrow. I am extremely happy with how it turned out.  Staff were very friendly and patient with me while providing me with a large amount of jewellery options. I expected a LOT of pain but it mostly felt slightly uncomfortable at worst as to be expected.  Also given advice of how to properly maintain and care for my new piercing. I would definitely consider coming back here should I want another piercing.

Came in a month or over that ago. Caitlin was extremely helpful with picking out a couple of dresses for myself and seeing if they look good as I am transitioning soon!!!!!!!!!!!!! She was very supportive and we had a good conversation about stuff Will be coming back soon for more, love this shop

Went in for my first piercing, everyone was very friendly and it was done within about 30 mins. Jen was my piercer, was very nice and talked me through what she was doing throughout the process.

Been here twice now for piercings, for my septum first and then today for my eyebrow and nostril. cannot applaud the staff enough. they are super friendly, approachable and the most helpful people for all sorts of questions or worries. i cannot recommend this place to enough people.

Nothing wrong with the product, just the customer service! Bought some ear jewellery and afterwards asked to be shown how to fit it as the jewellery was fiddly and wasn't told that it can be tricky to fit. They said they would charge £10 just for helping so we left and went to J W Rose Jewellers who were more than happy to help for free despite the jewellery not coming from there! Also, after going to J W Rose, we realised Blue Banana charges more for their jewellery too!

This is the best Blue Banana gothic store ever because I think everyone should go here to buy their favourites items and my mum is thinking of taking me to this Blue Banana gothic shop to buy my favourite Hoodie Jacket for me to keep warm for this winter months before the snow comes and before Christmas day and before new year's I give this Blue Banana gothic store 10 out of 10 star's Fantastic and Excellent and Brilliant and Amazing and I give this Blue Banana gothic shop 9 out of 10 star's Excellent and Brilliant and Fantastic and perfect shop ever and I give this Blue Banana gothic shop 5 out of 5 star's that's why I think everyone should go to buy anything of what they Like buying Gothic bracelet's and Gothic cat tops and gothic anything items.

I've previously had my nose pierced here about 4 years ago now and felt confident that I would be in good hands when I went back. Jenn was really great. I got the other side of my nose done and my ears pierced again, and she made me feel so at ease. Jenn helped me choose the best piercings to suit my little nose and talked me through the range of ear studs too. Just really grateful to have had such a positive experience, wanted to get my nose and ears done for the longest time and so glad I went here! I also didn't feel like I was being forced to choose the most expensive jewellery- I was talked through the whole range and chose what was best for me. Sometimes places can be too focused on the upsale! Really good value for money, environment was really sanitary and I'd recommend to anyone.
