Looked at a property that was ideal for my daughter, placed an offer, a cash offer, turned down.  Suddenly the property sold, never got a call asking me if I wished to increase my offer. I thought the done practice was that when an offer was placed on a property, regardless of whoever else was involved, all parties should be contacted and asked if they wish to increase???? Disappointed, now my daughter has to rent for another 6 months. Great!!!!  However, I must add a very helpful gent (propert viewer) showed me around the property, so can't praise him enough.

Use Samuel Wood to sell my property, I found them polite and very friendly. The girls in the office have all the time in the world to discuss any concerns I had. They also responded to emails etc promptly. Would highly recommended

I used Samuel Wood in Shrewsbury to sell my home, from start to finish they were excellent. They provided excellent communication and remained professional and attentive throughout. I would highly recommend.

Photos didn't show house in best light. Made a beautiful property look VERY bland. Communication VERY poor and weeks often between response to emails and even then only after numerous ones to chase up query. Wouldn't recommend.
