I was really impressed at how warm and welcoming the team are here. The best Brazilian wax I’ve ever had and I have had a bum load of waxes in a lot of places. This place is surprisingly reasonably priced, especially for the city. The salon is so pretty and the wax was fast and seriously pain free. Google wanted me to add photos but you just have to trust me lol.

I came here a few weeks back, it was my first time at Strip. One of the worst waxing experiences I’ve had. The therapist took off way more hair than I asked her to but said I shouldn’t worry because it was good for me. she also didn’t press down on the areas after removing the wax which made it so painful. I was asked if I wanted to tip while my therapist was still in earshot and I stupidly said yes. I wish I’d refused to pay at all because I didn’t get what I asked for. I also developed foliculitus after. Hard avoid!

Luciana Gomes Alves has been the best part of my experience with this company. She is friendly, funny but extremely efficient and great at her job. I've had all my treatments with her apart from 1 and I would definitely recommend requesting her if you're able to!

This place is awesome. Every time I’ve come they have offered top notch service. They make me super comfortable, they are beyond friendly, and the wax is done to perfection. All of the Strip locations are great but I think the City location is the best for customer service and friendliness. Highly recommend everyone go here for!!
